Die \u00e4rztliche Beratung ist das Kernst\u00fcck der haus\u00e4rztlichen Betreuung. Gemeinsam gilt es, einen Weg f\u00fcr die ganz pers\u00f6nlichen Beschwerden zu finden. Zur Entscheidungsfindung werden dann verschiedene diagnostischen Verfahren integriert – hierbei lege ich besonders gro\u00dfen Wert auf die Erhebung der Krankengeschichte sowie die pers\u00f6nliche k\u00f6rperliche Untersuchung. Bei psychischen Beschwerden erfolgt die Beleuchtung aller Einzelumst\u00e4nde mit den M\u00f6glichkeiten der psychosomatischen Betreuung. Mein behandlerischer Grundsatz ist, keine Untersuchung durchzuf\u00fchren oder durchf\u00fchren zu lassen, die keine Konsequenz f\u00fcr Sie als Patienten hat. Um mir hierf\u00fcr besonders ausreichend Zeit nehmen zu k\u00f6nnen, empfange ich keine Vertreter der schulmedizinischen Pharmaindustrie. Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit ist f\u00fcr mich besonders wichtig, denn nur aus einer neutralen Position heraus l\u00e4\u00dft sich das Beste f\u00fcr Sie finden – frei von Interessen Dritter und insbesondere denen der Pharmaindustrie. Daher sind die von mir angewendeten Therapien langerprobt und damit auch besonders sicher. Neue Verfahren und Medikamente beobachte ich erst eine ganze Zeit lang, ehe ich sie meinen Patienten zumute – denn nicht selten werden einst stark und blumig beworbene Medikamente nach 5-10 Jahren am Markt dann klammheimlich und ohne Werbung wieder zur\u00fcckgezogen! Regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Kontrollen im Rahmen des DMP Programmes \u201cDiabetes Typ 2\u201d bieten wir Ihnen genauso wie die M\u00f6glichkeit, in der Praxis an Schulungen zu den Themen \u201cDiabetes ohne Insulin\u201d und \u201cBluthochdruck\u201d teilzunehmen. Im Rahmen dieser Schulungen werden Diabetiker in 4 Wochen soweit geschult, da\u00df sie im Anschlu\u00df in der Lage sind, deutlich besser mit ihrer Erkrankung umzugehen. Allein die Teilnahme an der Schulung sensibilisiert soweit, da\u00df durch die anschlie\u00dfend ge\u00e4nderte Lebensf\u00fchrung eine deutliche Stabilisierung und damit auch Verbesserung der Blutzuckerwerte eintritt! \u00dcbrigens: Diese Schulung geh\u00f6rt zum Leistungsspektrum der gesetzlichen Krankenkassen – Sie m\u00fcssen nichts zubezahlen! Die psychosomatische Grundversorgung erg\u00e4nzt fachlich die haus\u00e4rztliche Kompetenz in besonders wertvoller Weise. Etwa 1\/3 aller Beratungsanl\u00e4sse in der Praxis sind dem psychischen oder psychosomatischen Formenkreis zuzuordnen. In der psychosomatischen Grundversorgung kommen Gespr\u00e4chstechniken zur Anwendung, die Hilfestellung und erste Anleitung zur Selbsthilfe leisten k\u00f6nnen. Im Speziellen in meiner, ganzheitlich gepr\u00e4gten, Sprechstunde stellt die psychosomatische Grundversorgung das Bindeglied zwischen somatisch orientierter Medizin und der Hypnosetherapie dar. Hiervon profitieren vor allem Patienten mit Erkrankungen des psychosomatischen Formenkreises: Bluthochdruck, Reizdarm, Reizmagen, Schwindel, Tinnitus, zahlreiche Hauterkrankungen – um nur einige Indikationen zu nennen. die Liste l\u00e4\u00dft sich noch wesentlich erweitern – im Zweifel sprechen Sie mich darauf an! Diese besondere Form der Hilfestellung empfinde ich als besonders wertvoll und lasse stets Elemente dieser Interventionsm\u00f6glichkeiten – individuell abgestimmt auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse des Patienten – in die allgemeine Sprechstunde einfliessen.
